Experts Discover Secret Rice Hack That Liquifies Stubborn Belly Fat [Watch Now]
Are you struggling to get rid of fat around your belly, thighs, hips that just won't seem to go away no matter how hard you try?
Well, you are not alone.
Hi, my name is Tom and I was in a similar situation with my wife not too long ago. We had been trying desperately to rid our bodies of the fat that seemed to sneakily and silently accumulate around our midsections over the years and everything we tried just would not budge the needle on the scale.
We decided that we needed to start reducing our weight or we would begin facing even more dire problems that are afflicting so many people today, such as obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes etc.
It wasn't like this always. When we were younger, we could eat anything, and weight gain wasn't an issue. I remember I would reach down to grab a portion of my skin around my mid-section and all I grabbed was skin, but years later, that had turned into grabbing rolls of fat. And everything I did to try to reduce that fat had turned to no avail.
We tried all of the diets that were being pushed by the weight loss industry such Atkins, keto, paleo, Mediterranean. You name it and we probably tried it again to no avail. We would lose a pound or two and get happy with our success, but the moment we got off of the diet we would gain the pounds right back and be where we had started. Of course, the weight loss industry told us that we needed to stay on their diets to keep the pounds off all the while fattening their wallets and keeping their bank accounts well lined with profits. We knew there was a better way. I mean when we were younger we didn't have to use their calorie restriction strange tasting products. Why did we have to start using them now? I knew there had to be a better way.
There had to be. So, I continued to do my research. We tried high-intensity interval exercises that many experts said would increase our body's ability to burn fat, but our joints and tendons just weren't up to par like they used to when we were younger. I mean we were only burning 5% of our daily recommended calories during exercising, which essentially amounted to nothing unless we were to increase my exercising to be all day non-stop, which was not a solution for us. It's not like the only way to prevent weight gain is to start training like an Olympic athlete. Though I rarely ever see an overweight Olympic athlete, except maybe in Sumo wrestling. But this was far from the goal that we were trying to achieve.
We were getting to the point of despair. We would see skinny, thin people walking in the street and we would start becoming envious and jealous. We were beginning to blame ourselves, figuring that for some reason it was our fault that we were not good enough, that we were being punished, that it was our destiny to be fat and become increasingly susceptible to all of the ailments that result from being increasingly overweight for an extended period.
Strangely enough, things started turning around, however, when I came across this book called The Secret; you may have heard of it. I didn't know this at the time, but it is actually quite famous and has been around for several years with millions of copies in print.
But even stranger it had nothing to do with weight loss. What it said, however, got us thinking more positively about ourselves and our desires to lose weight. We would close our eyes and imagine looking at our thin selves in the mirror and feeling more happy, energetic and grateful. But then we would open our eyes and the fat was still there.
Then an amazing thing happened. I came across this news article about how researchers were discovering that not all fat is the same. That there are two types of fat our bodies have: white fat and brown fat. It said that all of the cells in our bodies have these energy powerhouses called mitochondria and that the difference between brown fat and white fat was that brown fat had all of the energy-burning mitochondria which gave them their decisively brown color whereas white fat had much fewer of these energy burning powerhouses. But the kicker was that we, as infants, mostly have brown fat and that as we age our brown fat gets replaced by white fat. And it was there I had my AHA moment. Things were beginning to click together like pieces on a puzzle board fitting together.
It was all making more sense as to why we didn't have a weight problem when we were younger but now when we are older, we do have a weight problem. So interesting!! Then the article went on to describe how it is possible to naturally increase our body's ability to store brown fat instead of white fat so that we could kickstart our body into naturally burning fat instead of trying to burn fat from exercising or prevent fat altogether via calorie restriction diets. And I was done. I knew my next course of action. I made it my life's mission to see how to increase my body's ability to store brown fat. Now that I knew it was possible.
To make a long story short, after much trial and error we finally found something that easily and effortlessly increased our body's capacity for brown fat, and we have finally found the solution to controlling weight gain instead of it controlling us. And we are overjoyed and excited to share it with you. Click the link below to watch the video that changed our lives and set us on our journey to increase our body's natural ability to store energy as brown fat. It is my hope and sincere wish that it will start you on your journey toward a thinner happier healthier you as well.
Sincerely your weight loss warrior,
Tom
